San Francisco Art Institute Alumni & Faculty: A Thin Slice
Scholarship Fundraiser
May 16th - June 20th, 2009

The San Francisco Art Institute has been a long-term leader in fine arts education since 1871 with an unparalleled legacy of alumni and faculty members. In recognition of SFAI's commitment to providing students with a rigorous education in the fine arts and the school's important place in the Bay Area and artworld at large, Baer Ridgway Exhibitions is hosting an exhibition featuring artworks by faculty and alumni.  A Thin Slice offers a small but dynamic survey of artworks that display a breadth of engaged investigations.

We would like to acknowledge the participating artists and their representative galleries for their contributions to this exhibition.  A special thanks to Gallery Paule Anglim, Rena Bransten Gallery, Catherine Clark Gallery, The Jay DeFeo Estate, Haines Gallery and Stephen Wirtz Gallery.

20 percent of all sales will be donated to SFAI's Student Scholarship Fund. To learn more about how to support student scholarships please contact the SFAI Office of Advancement at 415-749-4582 or donate online.
